The apartment manager really helped me in the move in process. They helped me during my IKEA deliveries and brought them to my room when they didn’t have to. A lot of the boxes were very heavy but they brought them to my room anyway. I work as a physician and couldn’t always step away to get the packages. If there is anything wrong with the apartment they fix it right away, though there hasn’t thankfully been much to fix since it was in good condition when we moved in. Very happy!

My wife and I stayed at 2nd & John during our travel work assignment and absolutely loved it! The location was perfectly located and a very close walk to the bay. The building was great with accommodating our dog who travels with us. Aya, the building manager was great and always had great suggestions for places to explore and fun building events. If you are looking to live in this area we would definitely suggest 2nd & John

I’ve lived here for a month now and everything has been great. Management and maintenance have been very nice and responsive. I had an issue with my fridge that was resolved quickly. The apartment complex, and the surrounding area, is very safe and clean. I’ve also received a TON of packages and haven’t had any issues with theft yet, which is something I’ve had issues with at other places.

We love living here. We'll be coming up on our third renewal and rent has only been slightly increased. Because of this many residents stay and it definitely feels like a community. We've lived at other apartments with more amenities and higher rents but 2nd and John hits the sweet spot with a nice lobby and interior game room, rooftop BBQ and dog patch, plus nice lobby and wonderful staff shout-out Scott and Kyla. Oh, and fun resident events, the last one was a wine tasting.
